- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I completely tore my quad tendon at the gym and was referred to FYZICAL Therapy & Balance by my doctor, Dr. Akimbo. After several weeks of PT with Kaitlyn, I was able to put aside the crutches and the knee brace and start walking pain free. Aside from the therapy I received in the Southington clinic, I was given home exercises to do which were monitored weekly. I soon was able to do all of the activities I did before my injury including bike riding, jogging and working out including squats! Thank You FYZICAL!April 18, 2017by Michael Carrubba
