- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Seemed great at first. Until we brought our 4yo in for the work they said she needed. The dentist never fully detailed what they were going to do, not even as he was scaring my child and trying to scare my husband into allowing anesthesia (which we stated at previous appointment we wouldn't do) as they wanted to do the work in one visit. When requesting her records to seek out another opinion (the dentist refused to do any work without our child getting put under) we were told "we have up to 30 days to comply with record requests" and then never received the records. The only sheet we were given showed the procedures they wanted to do: 12 crowns and 5 fillings. Have since found an excellent dental practice in Avon that my child loves wherein they are doing the work in multiple visits (and no crowns!).November 19, 2017by Kimberly Loomis
